The role of a Support Worker at Enable involves providing meaningful and person-centered support to individuals with complex needs, including those with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health challenges. The job is based in Devizes and the surrounding area, where you will work closely with clients to help them live as independently as possible, access the community, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals.

Where you'll be working: Devizes and Surrounding Area

We are seeking caring, patient and motivated Support Workers to join our Outreach Team in Wiltshire. We support a number of clients in the local area who live in their own homes. You will be supporting our clients to live as independently as possible, helping them access the community, build life skills, and achieve personal goals. You will work in a person-centred way, promoting choice, dignity and inclusion at all times.

What is required from you?

A minimum of 12 months on your right to work. We have Full Time, Part Time & Bank shifts available.
