The role of a Care Assistant
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
- Assist with medication administration and recording.
- Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
- Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
- Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
About you
- You don’t need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.
- Compassionate, patient and great with people.
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
- To be available to work 36 hours per week to include working alternate weekends.
- Previous experience of working in care home is required for this role.
- This role is for maternity cover on a 6 month contract.
