As our Recruitment Co‑ordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our onboarding process. From the moment a candidate accepts an offer, you’ll guide them through every step — making sure they feel informed, supported, and excited to join Agincare.

You’ll be responsible for gathering and checking all the essential documentation: DBS checks, references, Right to Work evidence, and signed paperwork. You’ll keep our systems up to date and our records accurate, ensuring every new hire is fully compliant and ready to go.

It’s a fast‑paced role, with lots of moving parts — so you’ll thrive on that. You’ll juggle multiple onboarding journeys at once, keeping candidates updated, answering queries, and chasing any outstanding items with a calm, professional approach.

Alongside onboarding, you’ll support the wider recruitment team with screening calls, application sifting, and interview coordination. You’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure no detail is missed and no candidate feels forgotten.
