We are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing & PR to shape the next chapter of our growth and build brand presence across a national organisation.
Based at our Dorset headquarters, this role offers ownership of a Group-wide marketing and communications function, with the autonomy, support and visibility to influence strategic decision-making and drive measurable impact.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, you will lead the development and delivery of Agincare's Marketing & PR strategy, ensuring campaigns, communications and investments support commercial, operational and growth objectives.
You will work with Executive, commercial and operational leaders to drive enquiries, occupancy, reputation and brand awareness, and position Agincare for long-term success.
You will lead marketing, communications and PR activities and see the direct impact of your work across the organisation.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving Growth: developing and delivering Agincare's Group Marketing & PR Strategy.
- Leading digital acquisition across SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM and marketing automation.
- Driving enquiry generation, customer acquisition and conversion performance.
- Managing marketing budgets, agencies and external partners to maximise return on investment.
- Building the Brand: leading PR, media relations, reputation management and stakeholder communications.
- Driving awards, events, partnerships and brand-building initiatives.
- Ensuring Agincare's voice is trusted, consistent and impactful across all audiences.
- Leading with Insight: using data, customer insight and analytics to drive performance and decision-making.
- Developing meaningful KPIs, reporting and dashboards focused on outcomes and ROI.
- Inspiring a Team: leading, developing and motivating a high-performing Marketing & PR team.
- Building a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
About You
You are a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives on challenge and can discuss strategy in the boardroom as well as review campaign performance. You’ll bring:
- Significant marketing leadership experience within a multi-site, service-led organisation.
- A proven track record of delivering marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Expertise in lead generation, customer journeys, digital marketing, campaign performance and analytics.
- Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience leading and developing successful teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to influence Executive and Board-level leaders.
- Experience within care, healthcare or another regulated sector would be advantageous, but what matters most is ability to think strategically, lead effectively and deliver results.
