Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader for Sunnymeade Care Home in Chard, Somerset. You will lead care staff, support residents, and ensure high standards of personal and social care in a busy home.
The role is 36 hours per week on a two-week rolling rota, with weekend work. We offer £14.36 per hour, funded training up to QCF level 5, pension, and opportunities for career development. Refer a friend bonus up to £1000 and on demand pay are also available.
