We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Manager to join Agincare Enable. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level business management, project coordination, and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our operations. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will support to drive both day‑to‑day performance and longer‑term growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality support across teams and projects.

Duties of the role

  • Business & Project Support – Coordinate business operations to support the delivery of Enable services; provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team across governance, compliance and business development; lead and manage projects, including planning, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes; support data analysis and reporting to inform decision‑making; coordinate responses to bids and ensure timely input, review and sign‑off.
  • Team & Meeting Coordination – Organise and manage meetings, including board and leadership meetings and key events; prepare agendas, presentations and take accurate minutes; track actions and follow up to ensure completion; maintain accurate records, documentation and databases; manage correspondence, emails and enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Facilitate effective communication across internal teams and external stakeholders; share updates and key information clearly and appropriately; handle sensitive information in line with data protection requirements.
  • Compliance & Continuous Improvement – Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality at all times; support quality improvements and continuous development initiatives.
  • Additional Responsibilities – Support with complaints, compliments and data requests; assist with report writing as required; undertake training and stay up to date with sector developments; occasionally travel and work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Proven project management experience or relevant qualification
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to produce accurate, timely reports and management information
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment
  • Strong time‑management and attention to detail
  • Demonstrable experience working within a support role

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience within health, social care or supported living sectors
  • Experience working with senior leadership teams
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance or business development processes
  • Demonstrable project management experience
