Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work.
- Must hold a valid driving licence and use of your own vehicle.
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements.
- Assess and undertake repairs including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows.
- When work cannot be completed internally, liaise with our head office team to refer the repair to a contractor.
- Ensure safety, ensuring the care home is safe for all residents.
- Ensure work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
