Overview
The Croft Care Home, located in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join the Agincare family.
This is a day shift position working 42 hours per week, including alternating weekends.

Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred care, including bathing, dressing and oral care, while promoting residents’ choice and independence.
- Contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure plans reflect residents’ needs.
- Administer residents’ medication safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Lead and participate in trips, social engagements and activities within the home.
- Support new starters and existing staff through shadowing and development; may be called upon to lead the home in the absence of senior managers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK.
- Day shift position requiring 42 hours per week with alternate weekends.
- Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, and be working towards an NVQ Level 3.
- Experience and ability to work as a Senior Care Assistant in a care home setting.
