Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements
  • Assess and undertake repairs, including painting, decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, and repairing doors and windows
  • Liaise with head office to refer repairs to contractors if work cannot be completed internally
  • Ensure work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements
