What is required from you?
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
- A vehicle and full UK driving licence is preferred
- Must be available to work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements
- Assess and undertake repairs, including painting, decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, and repairing doors and windows
- Liaise with head office to refer repairs to contractors if work cannot be completed internally
- Ensure work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements
