We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and caring individual to join our team as a Live-In Carer. Where you’ll be working:
We have clients within the South West, South East, Central and North parts of England so you must be willing to travel. We’re rated Good by the CQC across the country.
What is required from you:
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
- We are looking for applicants with a positive, professional and empathetic approach who are able to collaborate and problem solve.
The role of a Live-in Care Assistant:
As a Live-in Care Assistant, you’ll be supporting your client in their own home seven days a week to remain as independent as possible. Your duties may include but won’t be limited to:
- Companionship - providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
- Personal care - supporting with a wash, bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care
- Meals – supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
- Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks
- Mobility - supporting the client to live as independently as possible
- Social activities - trips out, social engagements and activities
Additional information:
- Live-in care placements can vary in duration but are a minimum of 2 weeks
- Accommodation and food allowance will be provided
- Flexibility is essential on both our parts. You can work only a few weeks a year, regular patterns of work or for long and established periods in placement – the choice is yours.
- You will have your own separate room and have access to WIFI
