Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young individuals and deliver positive person-centred outcomes for people with complex support needs who rely on our services? You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.

Where you'll be working: Wareham. We support up to 11 people living within this service, promoting independent living. We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team, and to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.

What is required from you?

  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
  • A full UK Drivers Licence
