What is required from you?
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
- Night Care Assistant role at 36 hours per week - working from 8pm to 8am to include alternative weekends
- Care Assistant role at 42 hours per week - working from 8am to 8pm to include alternative weekends
- Bank Care Assistant role with the flexibility to work day, night and weekend shifts as and when required
A day in the life of a Care Assistant:
- Companionship: Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
- Personal care: Supporting with a wash, bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
- Medication: Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
- Meals: Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
- Domestic tasks: Light cleaning tasks.
- Mobility: Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
- Social activities: Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
