What is required from you?

  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
  • Flexible Shift patterns available (on a two week rolling rota):
  • Monday 7am to 2pm and 3pm to 10pm
  • Tuesday 3pm to 10pm
  • Wednesday 7am to 2pm and 3pm to 10pm
  • Thursday 3pm to 10pm
  • Friday 7am to 2pm and 3pm to 10pm
  • You must have availability to work alternative weekends
  • It is a requirement that you have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for postcode areas SO40, SO43 & SO45
  • Walking routes are available in postcode areas SO14, SO15 & SO16
  • A day in the life of a home care assistant:

    As a Care Assistant, you will help support our customers in a variety of ways depending on their needs. This could include providing personal care, administering medication, light domestic duties, preparing meals and snacks, shopping and companionship.

    About You:

    • You don’t need to have previous experience or qualifications in care; what’s important is you are passionate and motivated and you want to help in your community.
