Agincare is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Business Partner to lead recruitment for our Head Office and salaried roles across a defined business area. This is a key role where you'll make a real impact partnering closely with senior leaders, shaping hiring strategies, and ensuring we attract and retain the best professional and specialist talent to support our continued growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand short- and long-term recruitment needs for Head Office and salaried positions.
- Design and deliver tailored attraction, sourcing, and assessment strategies for professional, specialist, and management roles.
- Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through market mapping, headhunting, networking, and talent pooling.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, embedding recruitment best practice and improving hiring capability.
- Provide regular insights and updates on recruitment campaigns, pipelines, time-to-hire, and market trends.
- Screen and assess candidates for skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from application through to offer and onboarding.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing external talent markets, recruitment methods, and employer branding activity.
