What is required from you?
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
- Available to work 38 hours per week, 5 days per week
A day in the life of a Maintenance Person:
- You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements.
- You will assess and undertake repairs including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows.
- If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with our head office team to refer the repair to a contractor.
- Safety is paramount, so you will ensure that the care home is safe for all of our residents.
- You will ensure that work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
