What is required from you?

  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
  • This is a full time role working 42 to 48 hours per week to include alternative weekends
  • You are required to have some form of care experience to apply for this role

A day in the life of a Care Assistant includes:

  • Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
  • Personal care - Supporting with a wash, bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care
  • Medication - Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams
  • Meals - Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
  • Domestic tasks - Light cleaning tasks
  • Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility
  • Social activities - Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home
