Minimum Requirements

- 24-hour to 36-hour contracts available.
A day in the life of a Care Assistant
- Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication, and engagement.
- Personal care - Supporting with a wash, bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
- Medication - Prompting, assisting, or administering medications and creams.
- Meals - Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks, and beverages.
- Domestic tasks - Light cleaning tasks.
- Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
- Social activities - Trips out, social engagements, and activities within the home.
