You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.

Where you'll be working: Bordon. We support our clients living within central Bordon and also provide outreach in this area, offering supported living, encouraging and enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and accessing the local community & facilities.

We are looking for Female Support Workers to join our amazing team, to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.

What is required from you?

  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
  • 12 Months Experience in Support Work
  • Experience in Supporting Clients with Epilepsy
  • UK Valid Driver's Licence and access to own Car
