What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and pride in your work
- 24 hours per week to include working alternative weekends
- You are required to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to get to and from work as Tilford care home is situated in a remote location with no public transport routes
About the role:
- Creating a welcoming environment keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues
- Room care with pride dusting, polishing and vacuuming residents rooms to a high standard, always using appropriate safety signage
- Working together collaborating with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Making a difference through kindness sharing a smile, a conversation, or a moment of connection with residents as you go about your day
