Agincare is seeking a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our Dorset Outreach team in Shaftesbury, Dorset.
You will support two adults with autism and learning disabilities to live safely and happily at home and in the community, in a 2:1 package with a small, consistent team.
You'll help them build confidence, try new activities, and participate in outings like cinema, swimming, walks, and meals out.
A calm, patient approach and ability to follow support plans are essential.
