A Day in the Life of Our Locality Manager As the Locality Manager, youll be the driving force behind safe, effective, and caring environments across your services within the Lincolnshire region.

You will lead by example, champion best practice, and ensure all homes meet both our high internal standards and all regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include: Delivering Outstanding Care Ensuring residents across all services understand their care choices and receive personalised support that promotes dignity, individuality, and choice.

Monitoring and reviewing care plans to meet changing physical and mental health needs across multiple services within the region .
