Agincare is seeking a Dual Registered Manager to oversee the opening of two brand new children’s residential homes in Redcar and Cleveland. You will influence every aspect of service development, from creating positive team cultures to preparing both homes for registration and inspection.
This role requires Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) and at least 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care, with strong safeguarding and Ofsted.
