Agincare is seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager for our brand new childrens residential home in York.
You will lead and develop the provision, guiding a team of support staff to deliver high-quality care for children with learning disabilities and complex needs.
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance, and drive best practice from the outset to achieve outstanding outcomes for the children and young people we serve.
