Support Worker to join our Wiltshire service based in Devizes, helping to oversee and deliver high-quality

support

. You will report into the Registered Manager, splitting your time between hands-on

support

and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly.This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact. About the people youll be

We

support

up to 38 people living across 7 bungalows in the heart of Wiltshire, just outside the market town of Devizes. This is a unique service within Wiltshire offering

supporting living, enabling people to live as

independently as possible within their own homes and local community

. We are looking for

support

workers to join our amazing team, to continue delivering outstanding outcomes. Where youll be working: DEVIZES This is a full-time role where your week will be split between providing direct

support on shift and also completing leadership and administrative tasks .
