Come and join the Agincare family as a Senior Care Assistant.
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK.
- 42 hours per week.
- We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
- A day in the life of a Senior Care Assistant
- Person-centred care – You will ensure that residents receive personal care from you and your team including bathing, dressing and oral care within their preferences, and actively promote right to choice and independence.
- Review – You will contribute to and carry out care reviews with your residents to ensure their plans reflect their needs.
- Medication – You will administer residents’ medication in a safe, supportive and compliant way.
- Social Activity – You will lead in and participate in trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
- Leadership – you may support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development, and may be called up on to lead the home where more senior managers are not available.
