Agincare Group in Beckton seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead our CQC-registered Learning Disability respite service. You’ll take full operational ownership, drive high standards of care, and support a dedicated team to deliver safe, person-centred services that promote independence and inclusion.
Working closely with the Locality Manager, you will shape service delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, manage safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints, and continuously improve.
