Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young individuals and deliver positive person-centred outcomes for people with complex support needs who rely on our services? You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.
Where you’ll be working: We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to work in our services in Rainham, Rochester and Kent.

What is required from you?
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
- 12 months Experience in Support Work
- Health and Social Care level 2 (desirable)
