Agincare Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee Supported Living services across Grantham, Colsterworth and Retford.

You will lead a team to deliver high-quality care for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.

You will report to the Registered Manager, supporting daily operations, safeguarding, and continuous improvement to ensure a safe, caring and well-led service.
