The role involves delivering high-quality person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and mental health challenges, promoting independence and inclusion in daily life.
You will balance hands-on support with leadership and administrative duties, coordinating the service, mentoring staff, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in line with best practice.
