Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and deliver positive, person-centred outcomes for people with complex support needs who rely on our services? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Mental Health Support Worker to join our Bromley Borough Floating Support team. This role focuses on supporting individuals living in the community who experience mental health needs, helping them to maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
You will need to have excellent people skills, a positive and proactive approach, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs, alongside other complex needs which may include learning disabilities or autism.
Where you’ll be working: Bromley. You will provide outreach support to individuals within their own homes and local community. This includes working with people at different stages of their mental health journey, promoting recovery, independence, and wellbeing. We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team, and to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.
