This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or part‑qualified accountant who enjoys building strong client relationships, developing junior team members, and working with a varied portfolio of businesses.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of limited company clients across a range of sectors, acting as a trusted advisor while delivering a high standard of compliance and advisory support. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing your own portfolio of clients
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
- Corporation tax compliance
- Producing management accounts and financial reporting
- Reviewing the work of junior team members and supporting their development
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working with cloud‑based accounting software including Xero and QuickBooks
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who:
- Are ACA or ACCA newly qualified, or nearing qualification
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice environment
- Possess strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
- Are confident managing client relationships independently
- Have experience using cloud accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks
- Enjoy mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
