An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Credit Controller to join a well-established and expanding business based in Preston. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day Credit Control process.
  • Chasing outstanding invoices via telephone, email and written correspondence.
  • Handling incoming customer queries and resolving payment issues.
  • Allocating cash receipts and processing payments.
  • Reconciling customer accounts and investigating discrepancies.
  • Issuing statements and reminder letters.
  • Monitoring credit limits and processing new credit applications.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
  • Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties.
