The Role
- As Finance Director, you will take full ownership of the finance function while acting as a strategic partner to the wider business.
- Leading the financial strategy and long-term planning of the business.
- Delivering robust financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Providing commercial insight to support decision-making and growth.
- Overseeing cash flow management, working capital, and funding requirements.

About You

- Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (FD or Head of Finance level).
- Background in construction, engineering, or project-based environments is highly desirable.

- Experience managing cash flow, project profitability, and growth strategy.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
