A national public body is seeking its most senior people leader to support and empower approximately 270 staff members. Working closely with the Executive Committee, you'll shape culture, capability and organisational performance while delivering a high-quality, responsive HR service during a period of significant transformation.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Board and Executive Committee on all people and OD matters
- Develop and implement a People Strategy aligned to a major digital transformation programme
- Lead organisational development activity to design and embed a new Target Operating Model
- Champion an inclusive culture, promoting EDI, wellbeing and work-life balance
- Lead the HR team and manage the HR shared services contract
- Act as people change lead for major organisational change programmes
- Chair the People Group and Community Group
