JOB SUMMARYJob Title: Digital Tagging and Tracking ManagerCompany: Agility GWGLocation: View / ApplyJOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a strategic leader who oversees the entire data collection and measurement framework for an organisation's digital ecosystem. This position is responsible for defining the long-term tagging strategy, managing the team of specialists, and ensuring data integrity and governance. The manager acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating complex business objectives into a clear, actionable data strategy that empowers data-driven decisions across the company. Strategic Leadership: Define and own the overall digital tagging and tracking strategy, ensuring it aligns with key business objectives and marketing goals. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Digital Tagging and Tracking Specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Data Governance & Quality: Establish and enforce standards for data governance, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing directors, and product teams to gather requirements, communicate progress, and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights. In conjunction with CRXO management - Design and maintain the technical architecture for the tagging system, including the data layer, and develop a long-term roadmap for tracking initiatives. Skills & ExperienceTechnical Skills: Tag Management Systems (TMS): Deep expertise and a proven track record of managing and scaling a TMS - Google Tag Manager including GTM server-side required. Analytics Platforms: In-depth knowledge of web and app analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Quantum Metric (QM), including advanced configurations and reporting. Web Technologies: A strong technical foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js with the ability to review code and guide developers. Data Systems: Experience with data warehousing, APIs, and data modelling (e.g., Troubleshooting: Advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose complex data and implementation issues. Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills to oversee multiple large-scale initiatives.
