Finance Manager (Fixed-Term Contract, 3-4 Months) – Immediate Start

Location: Blackpool (outskirts)
Contract: Fixed Term – 3 to 4 Months
Start Date: Immediately Available – 45k fte

Are you a hands-on Finance Manager ready to step into a dynamic role with real impact? I\’m seeking an experienced and confident professional to join my clients Accounts team on a short-term contract, providing vital support during a critical period. Based on the outskirts of Blackpool this role will be a pivotal part of the business.

What You\’ll Be Doing

In this all-encompassing role, you\’ll hit the ground running and take full ownership of our financial operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the production of accurate and timely management accounts
  • Providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making
  • Overseeing daily finance operations and ensuring robust controls
  • Managing and mentoring a small finance team (3 direct reports)
  • Supporting month-end and year-end processes
  • Assisting with ad-hoc finance projects and reporting as needed

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role

  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred but not essential
