I am working with a thriving and ambitious manufacturing business based in Lancaster, and we\’re looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant to join their finance team during an exciting period of growth.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
In this hands-on and varied role, you\’ll be responsible for a range of transactional finance tasks, including
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations and cash allocations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end processes
- Supporting the Management Accountant with reports and analysis
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to both day-to-day accounting and wider finance operations.
Who We\’re Looking For:
You\’ll thrive in this role if you are
- Studying towards your AAT qualification and keen to progress to a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA/CIMA)
- Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
