Are you looking to take your first steps into a career in finance? We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join my client who are a large, well-established company based in Lancaster.

This role is perfect for an AAT studier or recent college leaver who is eager to gain hands-on experience in accountancy and finance, with plenty of scope to learn and develop in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Processing purchase ledger invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Assisting with reconciliations and query resolution
Supporting the wider finance team with administrative and accounting tasks
Helping to maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Contributing to process improvements within the finance functionAbout You

Studying AAT, or recently completed college studies in a finance-related subject
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time-management skills
Confident communicator with the ability to work well as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelWhat We Offer
