An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Accounts Assistant to join a well respected and growing manufacturing organisation based on the Fylde Coast. The company prides itself on developing its staff and actively encourages its staff members to study and learn.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will work within a team of 4 and general responsibilities will include :
- Invoice processing and raising purchase orders
- Processing employee expenses
- Making payments
- Cash and bank reconciliations
- Supplier and accounts relationship management
- Ad hoc project work as required
The successful Accounts Assistant will ideally have some previous knowledge withing accounts payable and knowledge of MS Office and accounting package would be an advantage. My client offers an excellent benefits package, study support as well as 25 days holiday as standard.
