A well established Blackpool company are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to help them through a very busy period of trading. They are a friendly bunch with a no nonsense attitude and very much a \”work hard – play hard\” attitude.
The duties for the Accounts Assistant will include :
- Daily processing of purchase ledger invoices.
- Input invoices on to debtors and creditors control accounts.
- Dealing with incoming cheques and bank payments.
- Credit Control Duties
- Querying payments with Local Authority and NHS organisations.
- Banking cheques on a weekly basis.
- Dealing with client account queries.
- Reconciling bank account every month.
- Reconciling company credit card monthly.
- Input payroll journals and reconcile gross wage to net wage.
- Reconcile income generated monthly
This assignment will be for a minimum of 3 months but there is a very good chance that the role will become permenant.
