Senior Accountant (Practice)

A modern and innovative, successful firm of accountants based on the Fylde Coast are looking for an ambitious Senior Accountant to join their expanding team in a varied and interesting role.

The role will involve a mix of accounts and tax with the successful applicant working alongside the director on an assigned portfolio of clients, progressing to becoming a director themselves.

Duties will include:

• Manage a portfolio of clients
• Preparation of accounts
• Assist with the guidance and support to junior members of staff
• VAT Returns
• Some payroll and bookkeeping where applicable

The role will offer plenty of client contact as well as the opportunity to gain experience of many of the other services offered by the firm. The firm will offer study support (if required) and a competitive salary as well as progression opportunities within the firm as it continues to grow.
