Agility Resourcing are delighted to be working with one of our oldest clients to find them their next Accounts Clerk. You will have a proven track record within accounts with the ability to provide excellent customer service. My clients are looking for a real team player with strong communication skills.

Your responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer invoicing queries and taking payments
  • Raising customer invoices and purchase orders
  • Liaising with company finance team to ensure important information is delivered within a timely manner
  • Daily banking and departmental administration
  • Keep the CRM up to date and gather documentation from new customers
  • Maintaining customer relations via phone, email or in person
  • Other ad hoc duties when required.

Person specification:

  • AAT qualified or QBE
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • High attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Able to take own initiative
