My client in Warrington is looking for a Junior Finance/Project Assistant to join their busy and expanding team based in South Warrington. A good aptitude and attention to detail are essential; however, full training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaise with customers to ensure that planned service or project activities are executed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the engineering planner is up to date and that engineers are aware of their upcoming duties.
- Compile site activity reports to be provided to engineers or subcontractors prior to site activities.
- Format completed service reports to company standards and issue them to clients promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding replacement parts or additional activities following a service visit or intervention.
- Raise purchase orders, invoices, and order acknowledgements using Sage and internal registers.
- Set up and maintain supplier information, including insurance certificates, health & safety documentation, and training records.
Knowledge of Sage is beneficial but not essential. A working knowledge of Excel would be advantageous. The candidate should ideally have over 5 years of commercial experience.
