Are you ready to play a key role in supporting our HR team and ensuring smooth operations across our group? We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to assist the Group HR Manager and Home Managers with HR-related tasks, compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice and solutions to Home Managers on employee relations.
- Support and conduct investigations, including meeting documentation.
- Ensure compliance in recruitment and maintain accurate personnel files.
- Coordinate safe recruitment processes and oversee new hire onboarding.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure staff are paid accurately and on time.
- Monitor staff attendance and assist with training coordination.
- Manage overseas recruitment, handling sponsorship and immigration compliance.
- Build strong relationships with Home Managers and staff.
- Experience in recruitment or HR.
