I am currently working with an established and expanding FMCG organisation based in Manchester City Centre, who are looking for a Supply Chain Trainee to join their organisation on a permanent basis. The organisation is currently turning over 100+ million with ambitious plans for growth, therefore there are fantastic career progression opportunities available. Hours of work for this role are fairly flexible; however, they do require an early start circa 6/7am with a working week of 37.5 hours. If you have a background within food/food manufacturing, this would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities within this role are as follows:

  • The management of stock across warehouses both on site and externally
  • Identifying overstocks
  • Stock analysis
  • Reporting on stock levels
  • Coordination of imports and exports
  • Assisting in the coordination of stock takes and stock reporting

What are we looking for?
