Graduate Management Accountant - Study Support

We are currently recruiting a Trainee Management Accountant to join a well-established distribution company based in Prescot, Merseyside. We are looking for a recent Accounts and Finance or Mathematics graduate who has ambitions of becoming a future Finance Manager.

Working in a large finance team and reporting to the Financial Controller who reports to the Finance Director, you will gain a vast amount of experience in transactional accounts as well as management accounts.

The Trainee Management Accountant will be responsible for:

• Assisting with month-end processes
• Accruals and prepayments
• Costing contracts
• Assisting with Mergers and Acquisitions
• Credit control
• Payroll assistance

Profile:

• Must be a recent accountancy/finance/Maths graduate with a minimum of a 2.1
• Aspirations to progress onto CIMA/ACCA
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, and formulas
• The ambition to progress in the future
• The ability to operate as part of a fast-paced team

The successful Trainee Management Accountant applicant will receive:
