Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with our client? Agility Resourcing are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Business Analysis team at their Head Office in Blackburn.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare weekly reports on sales and wages performance.
  • Conduct monthly reporting and in-depth investigation of KPIs.
  • Analyze costs against budget on a monthly basis, delving into variances.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and analyze post-investment performance.
  • Utilize our BI system (Qlikview) and budgeting system (Cognos) to maintain data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with property General Managers to develop budgets and forecasts.
  • Attend meetings to contribute to the review of business performance.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Engage in other ad-hoc projects and analysis tasks as needed.

Who Are We Seeking?

  • Possesses a graduate-level education.
  • Holds qualification or part-qualification as an accountant (ACA or CIMA).
  • Exhibits confidence with a down-to-earth communication style.
  • Demonstrates a high level of IT competency.
