My client who are a reputable logistics organisation, are currently looking for a Credit Controller in the Liverpool area. The position has become available due to an internal re-structure within the business along with sustained growth. This is an exciting role working for a fantastic company, with a working week of 37.5 hours on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities within this role would be:

• Collect account debt by use of telephone, email and letter
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Maintain good relationships with customers and clients
• Excellent knowledge of excel
• Excellent client and customer relationship skills with good attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
