I am currently working with an established and expanding FMCG organisation based in Manchester City Centre, who are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join their organisation on a permanent basis. This part of the organisation is currently turning over 3.5m with ambitious plans for growth, therefore there are fantastic career progression opportunities available. Hours of work for this role are fairly flexible; however, they do require an early start circa 6/7am with a working week of 37.5 hours. If you have a background within food/food manufacturing this would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities within this role are as follows:

  • Bookkeeping for the complete accounting function
  • Raising Invoices and Allocating Customer Payments
  • Month end reports
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Stock control
  • Sage line 50
  • Credit Control
