My client is a dynamic and innovative company and they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and value to their clients. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
